<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4507. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />(CDBG)APPLICATION BY SOJI AGBOOLA FOR RENTAL REHAB OF MULTI- <br />FAMILY HOUSING UNIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Soji Agboola has made application to Ramsey county <br />for a Community Development Block Grant to rehabilitate a multi- <br />family housing unit in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the housing unit in question is one that provides <br />affordable housing to low-moderate income Mounds View residents; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the improvements would provide a limited rental <br />housing opportunity by creating a 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom rental <br />unit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the rehabilitation of the City'S rental properties is <br />consistent with the city's 5 Year Development Plan and FOCUS 2000 <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and <br />for the City of Mounds View does hereby formally declare its <br />support for Soji Agboola's CDBG application and urge Ramsey County <br />to grant approval. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of Feb uary, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
