<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4509 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR PROPOSED <br />GOLF COURSE AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has proposed to build a nine hole municipal <br />golf <br />course and practice range in the northeast quadrant of the City; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has issued a Revenue Bond to finance the <br />construction of the golf course and practice range, making <br />financing of the activity possible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Golf Course Task Force has recommended that the <br />Council proceed with the approval of the contract documents and <br />authorize the advertisement of the bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it is the best <br />interest of the project to proceed with the bid process at this <br />time. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and <br />for the ci ty of Mounds View does hereby approve the contract <br />documents for the golf course and practice range as presented by <br />the architect, Garrett Gil. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the city Council does hereby <br />authorize the advertisement of bids for the golf course and driving <br />range. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
