<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4511 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUEST BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES, MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 372-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pete Linder, representing Linder's <br />Greenhouses, has requested city approval to conduct open and <br />outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form <br />of a temporary greenhouse facility on the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and <br />outdoor sales in a B-4, Regional Business with the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a) Site plan dated February 1, 1994 <br />b) Letter of request dated December 10,1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the Municipal <br />Code, specifically Chapter 40. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the conditional use permit with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from <br />March 20, 1994 to July 15, 1994. <br /> <br />2.
