<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4512 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR EMPLOYEE'S USE <br />OF PERSONAL VEHICLES DURING THE CONDUCT OF CITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at times it may be necessary for employees of the City of Mounds View <br />to use their personal vehicles in the conduct of City business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to keep pace with inflation, the Internal Revel1ue Service (IRS), the Federal <br />jurisdiction charged with setting employee mileage reimbursement rates, periodically <br />adjusts the amount employees can claim when using personal vehicles for City <br />business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the IRS has increased this rate from $.28 per mile to $.29 per mile. <br /> <br />. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />that employees may be reimbursed for the use of their personal vehicles in the <br />conduct of City business at the rate of $.29 per mile effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Presented this 28th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />. <br />
