<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4514 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION <br />OF ESTABLISHING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Recitals. <br /> <br />(a) The City is authorized pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.090 through 469.108, to establish an Economic <br />Development Authority for the City. <br /> <br />(b) The Council desires to initiate the process for considering <br />the establishment of such an Economic Development Authority. <br /> <br />2. Public Hearina. The Council shall hold a public hearing at its <br />~egularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, March 28, 1994, on the <br />~estion of establishing for the City an Economic Development Authority, <br />and the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of that public hearing, substantially in the form attached to and <br />made a part of this resolution, to be published in the City'S official <br />newspaper once a week for two consecutive weeks prior to the scheduled <br />public hearing date, with the first publication occurring no earlier than <br />30 days prior to the public hearing date. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28 day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />/L~~ <br />TOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br />
