<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4515 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF TRESPASS TO THE <br />METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is the owner of the <br />property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission (MWCC) have entered into discussions <br />for the acquisition of certain easements as described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto, which easements are necessary for <br />the construction of the Blaine Interceptor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the MWCC wishes to start construction of said <br />Blaine Interceptor while easement acquisition on the property <br />described on Exhibit A is still on-going. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby grants permission to the MWCC <br />to conduct construction activities within the easement areas <br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
