<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4519 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR JIM HESS <br />ENGINEERING AIDE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Hess began working for the City of Mounds View on <br />February 25, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hess's work performance has met the responsibilities <br />of Engineering Aide as outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be <br />satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's <br />compensation policy is recommended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment, transferred from appropriate <br />contingency accounts, for Jim Hess from $13.43/hr. to $14.14/hr., <br />effective 2/25/94. <br /> <br />Presented this 14th day of March, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~L~. <br /> <br />Phylli Blanchard, <br /> <br />eLcJ{J2 <br /> <br />Acting Mayor . <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Tim Cruikshank, Acting City Administrator <br />
