<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4521 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF.CATHY BENNETT <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cathy Bennett applied for the position of Economic <br />Development Coordinator as advertised by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett was interviewed by the interview panel and <br />determined to be an excellent candidate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett has met the criteria and is qualified for the <br />position as outlined in the job announcement and job description; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, her education and past work experience indicates she has <br />the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job tasks and <br />duties of the Economic Development Coordinator position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this hire is contingent upon successful completion of a <br />physical examination and drug test. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the interview panel recommends that <br />Cathy Bennett be hired for this Economic Development Coordinator <br />position starting Monday, April 4, 1994 at $2973. 03/mo. to be <br />funded out of Account Number 100-4120-010. <br /> <br />Presented this 14th day of March, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~~~ <br /> <br />Phyll Blanchard, Acting Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Tim Cruikshank, Acting City Administrator <br />
