<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4541 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST <br />OF MULTI-TECH, 2205 WOODALE DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 377-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Multi-Tech has requested City approval to <br />construct a 32,080 square foot addition to their existing <br />facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code requires that a development review be conducted for all <br />commercial and industrial developments within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this development/proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application dated February 25, 1994 <br />2. Site/Landscape Plan dated February 25, 1994 <br />3. Exterior Elevation Plan dated December 6, 1993 <br />4. Floor Plan dated October 27, 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of <br />Chapter 40; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has <br />reviewed the request and recommended approval in Resolution No. <br />378-94. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the development review request as required <br />by Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of April, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
