<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3013 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE REQUEST <br />OF DONATIONS BY THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View undertakes a variety of <br />activities for which it requests and receives donations from <br />various governmental agencies and charitable organizations; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a clear policy <br />outlining those individuals authorized to request donations <br />and the conditions under which those requests may be made. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View establishes the following policy for <br />requesting donations on behalf of the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />The only individuals authorized to request donations on <br />behalf of the City of Mounds View are the Mayor and <br />Councilmembers, Clerk-Administrator and duly appointed <br />Department Heads. <br /> <br />2 .
