That a separate ventilation system is used by this <br />tenant. <br /> <br />e. The space used will be sound-proofed so as not to <br />cause hardship to the other tenants in the <br />building. <br /> <br />f. That the tenant and/or property owner will be <br />responsible for accidental feces dropping at this <br />site. <br /> <br />g. A mechanical ventilation or exhaust system shall <br />be installed to control, capture and remove <br />emissions or odors generated by such use. Such <br />system shall be separate from the other <br />ventilation systems in the building. Such system <br />shall be designed to prevent the migration of <br />emissions or odors to other parts of the building. <br />Installation must comply with the Minnesota State <br />Building Systems, Chapter 1345. <br /> <br />The use meets all Ramsey County Health Codes for a <br />use of that type. <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />~ <br />. <br /> <br />
