<br />Ito>., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3023 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />SITE PLAN DESIGN REQUEST BY PHILLIPS 66 <br />2525 HIGHWAY 10, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 288-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Phillips 66 has requested City approval to <br />construct a gas station/convenience store/self-service car <br />wash in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance allows gas station and <br />car wash uses in the B-3, Highway Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires two <br />conditional use permits and site development approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> <br />a) Site Plan Dated 3/27/90 <br />b) Landscape Plan Dated 3/27/90 <br />c) Grading/Drainage Plan Dated 3/27/90 <br />d) Boundary and Topography Survey Dated <br />e) Drainage Analysis Dated 2/5/90 <br />f) Lighting Plan Dated 2/1/90 <br />g) Corrective Action Design Plan Approved By the Mn <br />PCA Dated 2114/90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />development proposal is in conformance with the requirements <br />of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 and <br />49A and State Statutes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development proposal may require permits <br />from the Rice Creek Watershed District, RamSey County, the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnPOT), and the <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of State Fire <br />Marshall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the storm water controls for the project have <br />been determined to be adequate by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permits <br />with the following conditions: <br />
