MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at City <br />Hall on April 23, 1990 with the f91lowing members present: <br /> <br />and the following members absent: <br /> <br />Member ~ao ne... introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CLOSING THE GREENFIELD PARK GRANT FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Greenfield Park Grant Fund was established to <br />account for a grant the City received to improve recreational <br />facilities at Greenfield Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has been completed and the final <br />payment on the grant has been received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a deficit of $36.34 exists in the Greenfield Park <br />Grant Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that the Greenfield Park Grant project has been <br />completed, and that the Finance Director is hereby directed to <br />transfer $36.34 from the General Fund to the Greenfield Park <br />Grant Fund and to close the Greenfield Park Grant Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member \Nuov\. and upon a vote being taken, Ayes Nays, <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 23rd <br />day of April, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
