<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3034 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 'AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1462 ESTABLISHING <br />VARIOUS FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mound View Municipal Code is revised and <br />recodified by Ordinance No. 313 and establishes that various <br />fees and charges be levied for the purpose stated by <br />resolution of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to establish those fees and charges provided for in <br />the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the further desire of the Mounds View <br />City Council to ensure that all fees and charges adequately <br />reflect the expenses experienced by the City of Mounds View to <br />provide the subject service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that Resolution No. <br />1462 initially establishing various fees and charges requires <br />amendment to relect increased costs related to the licensing <br />of garbage and rubbish haulers as a result of an amended <br />garbage and rubbish code adopted by Ordinance No. 486. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that by the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View that Resolution No. 1462 <br />establishing various fees and charges is amended to reflect a <br />$55.00 per year plus $5.00 per vehicle garbage and rubbish <br />hauler license effective July 1, 1990. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14 day of May, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
