<br />I <br /> <br />(\~ <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3038 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AMENDMENT AND SITE DESIGN PLANS FOR A PROPOSED BUILDING EXPANSION <br />FOR MULTI-TECH SYSTEMS, INC., 2200 WOODALE DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 292-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />requested planned unit development amendment by Multi-Tech Systems, <br />Inc. that would allow a building expansion and additional parking <br />that includes an above and below grade parking ramp; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council has determined that the <br />proposal meets the minimum yard setbacks, exceeds the parking <br />requirements and provides for a revised landscaping plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />access issue to the property to the west and recognizes that the <br />proposed plan does not provide an easement to the west property <br />through the Multi Tech site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council has reviewed Ci ty Forester, <br />Wriskey's memo dated April 24, 1990, regarding the proposed <br />landscaping on this site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed City Engineer, <br />Minetor's memo dated May 2, 1990, regarding the grading, utilities <br />and drainage on this site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department reviewed the proposed <br />expansion and requires a direct route around the entire building; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to meet this requirement, the applicant <br />has proposed a below grade road on the west side of the building <br />in order to allow emergency vehicles around the perimeter of the <br />building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed below grade road plans have been <br />found to be acceptable to the City Engineer; and <br />
