<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3049 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR DOROTHY <br />ARMSTRONG/JIM EILERS TO CONSTRUCT A SHED IN THE WETLAND BUFFER <br />ZONE, 2296 LOIS DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 300-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request by Dorothy Armstrong/Jim Eilers for a wetland alteration <br />permit to construct a shed in the buffer zone of a wetland; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed accessory building is 180 square <br />feet which is below the maximum 216 square feet allowed for this <br />use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the accessory building meets the setback <br />requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in the buffer zone <br />of a wetland with a Wetland Alteration Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there will be no impact on the wetland as a <br />result of this structure. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the requested Wetland Alteration Permit to <br />construct an accessory building in the buffer zone of a wetland at <br />2296 Lois Drive. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.~ h/. ~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
