Res. 6804 <br />Page 2 <br />• 1 The major subdivision combines the original SYSCO Lot 1 Block 1 and Lot 2 Block <br />1 lots into one contiguous lot supplemented by an additional 3.0+ acres subdivided <br />from the original SYSCO Outlot A, with said lot identified as SYSCO SECOND <br />ADDITION Lot 1, Block 1,. <br />2 No new or additional lots are created by this subdivision <br />3 Part of an easement will need to be vacated and new easements are dedicated by <br />this plat, as shown in Exhibit A. <br />4 The preliminary plat was reviewed and approved by the City Council on September <br />26, 2005. <br />5 The major subdivision anticipates 1.83 acres of wetland impacts over which Rice <br />Creek Watershed District retains jurisdictional authority with allowance for local <br />approval concurrence via the wetland alteration permit process. The extent of the <br />impact is the minimum amount necessary to accommodate the proposed parking lot <br />expansion and driveway relocation. <br />6 No park dedication shall be required as a result of this subdivision, based on the <br />minimal increased intensification of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council, <br />based upon the above findings of fact, its review of the documentation presented and the <br />• Planning Commission's and staffs recommendation of approval, does hereby approve of <br />the SYSCO Second Addition final plat, with stipulations as follows: <br />Within 120 days of this approval, the applicant shall record the final plat with <br />Ramsey County and provide afully-executed Mylar and paper copy of the plat <br />illustrating the execution and recordation. <br />2.
