RESOLUTION NO. 8496 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br /> ANDREW RONNING <br /> MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning resigned from the Mounds View Police Department <br /> effective November 25, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 36.30 hours; and <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 3.50 hours; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning's current rate of pay is $23.89 per hour; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br /> Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 36.30 <br /> accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $867.21; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br /> Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused compensatory time will be <br /> 3.50 accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $83.62. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $867.21, in <br /> accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a <br /> one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $83.62, in accordance <br /> with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2015. <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
