RESOLUTION NO. 8493 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> TIMESAVER OFF SITE SECRETARIAL, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br /> Planning Commission meeting since 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br /> accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has increased rates for 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br /> Secretary Service Agreement for 2016. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2016 service agreement addendum, as <br /> attached. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2015. <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ADAivt-QA t , " <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
