RESOLUTION 8484 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVE WATER TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH T-MOBILE <br /> WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has a current lease agreement with the City of Mounds View <br /> for water tower space and antenna connections; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current lease agreement has an expiration date of December 31, 2015; and, <br /> WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC and the City of Mounds View desire to continue with this <br /> agreement; and, <br /> WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has agreed to have their equipment shelter removed from <br /> the base of the water tower and relocated to an area to be mutually agreed upon by June 30, 2017; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has agreed to lease payments of $28,000 annually with a <br /> 4% inflation factor beginning 2016; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the lease begins January 1, 2016 and extends for 5 years, ending on December <br /> 31, 2020; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the lease can be extended five years up to three times upon mutual agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota that the proposed lease between the City of Mounds View and T-Mobile <br /> Central, LLC is approved. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2015 <br /> /0 <br /> oe Flahe� <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (}C\-AAA-kA <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
