EDA RESOLUTION 16-EDA-289 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members <br /> appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br /> WHEREAS, there are three (3)vacant seats on the EDC effective January 1, 2016; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Jim Freichels, Jason Helgemoe, and Gary Stevenson term seats <br /> expired on December 31, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS,Jim Freichels, Jason Helgemoe, and Gary Stevenson have resubmitted <br /> applications for a further term; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff received three (3) commission applications; and <br /> WHEREAS, the EDC considered the applications at their December meeting and <br /> recommended Jim Freichels (business representative), Jason Helgemoe (business <br /> representative ), and Gary Stevenson (resident representative)to be appointed to the EDC. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the EDA does hereby appoint the <br /> following below to the EDC: <br /> Name Term Expiration <br /> Jim Freichels December 31, 2018 <br /> Jason Helgemoe December 31, 2018 <br /> Gary Stevenson December 31, 2018 <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 2016. <br /> JOe Flah • a Pr--ident <br /> ATTEST: <br /> IAS <br /> James, Ericson, Executive Director <br /> (seal) <br />
