RESOLUTION 8504 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY STEVENSON AS CHAIRPERSON <br /> TO THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 401.02, subd. 1, of the City Code, the City <br /> Council is required to appoint a Chairperson to the Planning Commission based upon the <br /> recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 6, 2016, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission recommended appointing Gary Stevenson as Chairperson to the Commission <br /> for 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council supports the recommendation of the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission regarding this appointment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br /> appoints Gary Stevenson as Chairperson to the Mounds View Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission for 2016. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 2016. <br /> Jose' . • _• 1.0.r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
