There do not appear to be any adverse effects associated with these proposed <br />amendments. <br />BE IT F(tdALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, based upon the <br />above findings of fact, does hereby approve that the O'Neil Property Planned Unit <br />Development (POD) be amended such that one attached accessory building be expressly <br />permitted and a print production and fabrication type business be allowed at 2442 Highway <br />10, Lot 1, Block 2, Anthony Properties Addition (Parcel A), subject to the following: <br />1. Applicant shall obtain Rice Creek Watershed District approval before a building <br />permit will be issued for this development. <br />2. The accessory building shall be of the same design and constructed of the same <br />materials as the primary structure. <br />3. The accessory building shall be attached to the primary structure, and be located on <br />the southwest side of the building. <br />• 4. The accessory building shall not exceed 1,864 square feet in size. <br />5. The garbage enclosure shall be rebuilt using the same materials as the accessory <br />building. <br />6.
