<br />RESOLUTION 6896 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ARPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE REPAlR OF LEAKING <br />CATCH BASINS <br />WHEREAS, the City annually budgets and received bids for repair of <br />Storm Sewer issues throughout the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department solicited quotes from two <br />companies; and <br />WHEREAS, a total of one (1) Quote has been received; and <br />WHEREAS, the low bidder was Infrastructure Technologies Inc. in the <br />estimated amount of $5,815; and <br />• WHEREAS, the 2006 adopted budget has $50,000.00 in funds allocated <br />for the repair of Storm Sewer issued throughout the City (account 245-4415- <br />_ 5150). <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a contract award with Infrastructure Technologies <br />Inc. in the estimated amount of $5,815.00 for the repair of broken catch basins <br />located throughout the City to be funded from the Surface Water, System <br />Maintenance Account (245-4415-5150).
