RESOLUTION 6937 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH THE FIRM OF BONESTROO, <br />ROSENE, ANDERLIK, AND ASSOCIATES TO ASSIST THE CITY WITH <br />DEVELOPING EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCES AND REVISED GRADING <br />PERMIT PROCEDURES <br />WHEREAS, on August 24, 2006, a letter of proposal was submitted <br />by the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates to assist the City with <br />the development of erosion and sediment control ordinances and revisions of <br />grading permit procedures; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff determined the cost of the service could be <br />reduced by revising the scope of services; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has been working with representatives <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates to reduce the cost of the study <br />from $13,620 to $9,980.00 excluding reimbursable expenses; <br />• WHEREAS, Staff recommends that the Counci{ retain the services <br />of the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates to assist <br />the City with developing erosion and sediment control ordinances and grading <br />permit revisions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minriesota as follows: <br />The services of the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, <br />Anderlik, and Associates shall be retained to assist the City with <br />developing erosion and sediment control ordinances and grading <br />permit revisions. <br />2. The revised proposal submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, <br />and Associates is hereby approved. <br />3. The cost for the activities included in the proposal letter is not to <br />exceed $9,980.00, excluding reimbursable expenses. <br />4. Funds for these services are to be derived from the Storm Water <br />Fund (account 245-4415-3030). <br />• <br />
