RESOLUTION 6950 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE.OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following below is regular full-time employee who is currently <br />working for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor determined that the following employee below has more <br />than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position documented in his performance <br />review on file. <br />WHERE-l~-S, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below. <br />• <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP 8~ STEP & WAGE EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENTlCURRENT WAGE ADJUSTMENT DATE OF <br /> POSITION ADJUSTMENT <br />Sergeant Bob Police Sergeant May 1, 2005 Step 4: $32.89/hr Step 5: $34.62lhr November 1, <br />Nelson 2005 <br />Adopted this 23rd day of October, 2006. <br />L <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seat) <br />• <br />
