RESOLUTION NO. 6956 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION (LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT) <br />BETWEEN 8409 AND 8413 GROVELAND ROAD REQUESTED BY TONY AND <br />CHERYL HOFFMAN; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. M106-001 <br />WHEREAS, Property owners Tony and Cheryl Hoffman (the Applicants) have <br />requested approval of a minor subdivision of contiguous lots located at 8409 Groveland <br />Road and 8413 Groveland Road, properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, legally- <br />described as follows: <br />The South 75 feet of the North 150 feet Lot 1, Block 1, Dalberg's Sunnyside Estates <br />and <br />The South 80 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Dalberg's Sunnyside Estates <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants propose to shift the common lot line between 8409 and <br />8413 Groveland Road south five (5) feet to create an 80-foot wide buildable lot (Parcel B) <br />fronting Groveland Road; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Applicants' request for a <br />minor subdivision and, having determined that it is in conformance with the Comprehensive <br />Plan and Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of the Municipal Code, recommended approval to <br />the Mounds View City Council; and, <br />W HEREAS, the municipal attorney representing the City of Mounds View has reviewed <br />the .documentation associated with the request and has prepared an opinion in response. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) of 8409 and 8413 Groveland Road requested by <br />the Applicants subject to the following stipulations: <br />1. The Applicants shall execute new drainage and utility easement documents and <br />arrange for their recordation along with the revised deeds and City Council <br />resolution of approval within 60 days of the date of said approval and furnish the <br />City with proof of recordation.
