RESOLUTION 8505 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANOUS CASH DONATIONS FOR 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City received a cash donation during 2015 in support of advertising <br /> for the Festival in the Park of $6,504; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received several miscellaneous K9 donations during 2015 <br /> totaling $1,377; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received several miscellaneous police donations during 2015 <br /> totaling $600 for the "Shop-With-A-Cop" program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of$8,481 from several <br /> donors for 2015. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of January, 2016 <br /> 4%�/ Al <br /> Joe ' lahe , 1 a • <br /> ATTEST: <br /> d v'&A) <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
