ORDINANCE 912 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 2408 COUNTY ROAD I FROM B-1, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS, <br /> TO B-2, LIMITED BUSINESS <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Specific <br /> Rezonings" is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance 912. <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Mounds View City Council has determined that to <br /> further economic development and organized land use controls that the present zoning <br /> classification of certain parcels should be reclassified to enhance commercial business <br /> activity consistent with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Subdivision 2. The Mounds View City Council has determined that there would be <br /> no adverse effects to adjoining properties resulting from the rezoning and that the rezoning <br /> would not be detrimental to the community at large. <br /> Subdivision 3. Accordingly, the Mounds View City Council approves the rezoning <br /> and directs that the City's official Zoning Map and the zoning classification for the following <br /> legally described parcel be amended as follows: <br /> Lots 1 & 2, Block 3, Greenfield Plat 2; <br /> PIN: 08-30-23-21-0047 <br /> Existing <br /> Parcel Address Zoning New Zoning <br /> Designation Designation <br /> 2408 /2410 County Road I B-1 B-2 <br /> and as shown on the map attached Exhibit A. <br />
