Resolution 8506 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1. Access to the equipment shall be protected by a secure 8-foot chain link fence. <br /> 2. No advertising signage will be allowed attached to the pole or fencing. <br /> 3. The tower shall not exceed 150 feet in height or have any lighting. <br /> 4. The Conditional Use Permit(CUP) shall become null and void if the work for <br /> which the CUP was granted is not completed within one year from the date of <br /> reapproval unless a petition for extension of time in which to complete the work <br /> has been granted by the City Council. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this Conditional Use Permit <br /> shall have no expiration date and shall remain in force so long as the conditions agreed <br /> upon herein are observed. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of February, 2016. <br /> Jye'Flaherty, Ma <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (sea,) - <br />
