RESOLUTION NO. 8524 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ACCEPTING PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY SPACE NEEDS STUDY <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8453 on September 14, 2015, approving a <br /> request for proposal for preparing a space needs study for the public works facility; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8461 on October 12, 2015, approving the <br /> selection of a consultant to perform the space needs study for the public works facility; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the consultant, Oertel Architects completed a draft of the space needs study and <br /> presented the study to the City Council at the January4, 2016 work session; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the final space needs study has been completed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The Public Works Space Needs Study is accepted. <br /> 2. Staff shall review financing options and present recommendations to City Council. <br /> 3.
