G~XNl~iT" f~ <br />~ Mounds ilieW Community Center <br />Event Center Sfaff Proposal <br />Staff Proposal: <br />The Greater Saint Paul YMCA will provide staff to manage the Event Center <br />which includes scheduling events, managing event set-up and clean-up, <br />providing onsite staff during scheduled events and providing minimum <br />advertising and marketing. These duties will be performed by the current YMCA <br />staff and Program Directors with and added .8 (32 hour per week} position. The <br />hours for this position will be as follows: <br />Tuesdays* 3pm - 8pm <br />Wednesdays* 3pm - 8pm <br />Thursdays* 3pm - 8pm <br />Fridays schedule determined by events <br />Saturdays schedule determined by events <br />Sundays schedule determined by events <br />*days and times may change depending on the number of scheduled events. <br />Fee Proposal: <br />The pay rate for the .8 position will be approximately $13 /hour for an <br />approximate yearly salary of $23,287. <br />Support staff to set-up and clean-up the event center will continue to be <br />reimbursed by the City as an as needed basis at a pay rate of $10 /hour. <br />Added Expenses: <br />The following are foreseen expenses for the Mounds View Community Center. <br />An approximate budget for 2007 is $500. <br />Meeting supplies -flip charts, easels, marker <br />Replacement supplies -extension cords and power strips, overhead <br />projector bulbs, batteries <br />• <br />
