RESOLUTION 6990 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REVISING SECTION 3.40 OF THE MOUINDS VIEW PERSONNEL <br />MANUAL PERTAIING TO THE VACATION ACCRUAL SCHEDULE <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br />by Council Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the City settled the AFSCME, Police Officer, and Police Sergeant <br />Union Contracts which included 25 days vacation after 20 years of service; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same benefit to non- <br />union employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the new Vacation Accrual Schedule is as follows: <br />• <br />Years of Service Days per Year <br />6 months - 1 year 10 days <br />1 through 5 years 10 days <br />After 5 years through 10 years 15 days <br />After 11 years 16 days <br />After 12 years 17 days <br />After 13 years 18 days <br />After 14 years 19 days <br />After 15 years 20 days <br />After 20 years 25 days <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds View, that the <br />City Council does hereby approve revising Section 3.40 of the Mounds View Personnel <br />Manual to reflect 25 days vacation after 20 years of service with the City of Mounds <br />View effective January 1, 2007. <br />ATTES'T': <br />• <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted t 11th day of December, 2006. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />f <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
