RESOLUTION NO. 7002 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MR. DAVID SCHULTE AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />RE-HIRE OF THE POSITION OF PART-TIME MOUNDS VIEW CABLE TV ASSISTANT <br />WHEREAS, one of the incumbent part-time Mounds View Cable TV Assistants, Mr. <br />David Schulte, has submitted his resignation effective January 19, 2007; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City finds it advantageous to refill the position in a timely fashion, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this position is a part time, non-exempt, nonunion position; and <br />WHEREAS, this part time position shall not exceed 20 hours per week; and <br />U <br />WHEREAS, applications will be solicited and a recommendation for hire brought <br />back to the City Council for approval based upon the following wage schedule below: <br />Step,1 ~ Ste~2___ Step 3_ Step 4 T Ste 5 i <br />$12.36 $13.13 $13.91 $14.68 $15.45 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />accepts the resignation of Mr. David Schulte and authorizes staff to proceed with the re- <br />hire of the position of Part-time Mounds View Cable TV Assistant as outlined above. <br />Adopted this 8th day of January 2007. <br />~~ <br />.~ <br />RobYMarty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: L~i?~ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk /Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />• <br />
