RESOLUTION NO. 8535 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br /> 2295 PINEWOOD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, Maggie Alt applied for a Residential Kennel License located at 2295 <br /> Pinewood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Maggie Alt owns three (3) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Maggie Alt are licensed with the City in <br /> accordance with the Mounds View City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 2295 Pinewood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2016. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Maggie Alt located at 2295 Pinewood Drive. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2016. <br /> Adopt this 14th day of March, 2016. <br /> oe Flaherty, a <br /> ATTEST: _ C)-7AVvt- <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seat' <br />
