RESOLUTION NO. 8533 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVE THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY DESIGN SERVICES REQUEST FOR <br /> PROPOSALS AND AUTHORIZE ADVERTISMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8524 on February 22, 2016, <br /> accepting the Public Works Facility space needs study; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director/City Engineer has prepared a request for <br /> proposals to provide design services for a Public Works Facility; and, <br /> WHEREAS, advertising the request for proposals for design services is the next <br /> step in the project process for constructing the Public Works Facility; and, <br /> WHEREAS, advertising for proposals shall be performed in accordance with <br /> applicable Minnesota state statutes and rules. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The Public Works Facility design services request for proposals is approved. <br /> 2. The Public Works Director/City Engineer is directed to seek proposals for design <br /> services from a minimum of three consultants in accordance with applicable <br /> Minnesota state statutes and rules. <br /> 3.
