.7 <br />RESOLUTION 7008 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY'S 2006 PAY EQUITY REPORT <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pay Equity Act require cities to prepare a pay <br />equity report every three years; and <br />WHEREAS, Laumeyer & Associates assisted and trained staff in the <br />preparation of its pay equity repot for December 31, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, with the necessary pay equity adjustments made effective <br />December 31, 2006, it appears that the City has met the requirements under the <br />Pay Equity Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City <br />Council accepts the Pay Equity Report and directs staff to submit it to the <br />Minnesota Department of Employee Relations. <br />Adopted this 22"d day of January, 2007. <br />~~~ _____ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /><~~'~ ~~ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />,7 <br />
