RESOLUTION NO. 7016 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY STEVENSON TO SERVE AS THE MOUNDS <br />VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON FOR THE YEAR <br />2007 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the Mounds View Municipal Code indicates that the City <br />Council shall appoint a Chairperson for the Planning and Zoning Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws indicate that a <br />Chairperson be elected annually; and, <br />WHEREAS, on January 10, 2007, the Planning and Zoning Commission elected <br />Gary Stevenson to continue in his role as Chairperson for the Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council does <br />• hereby appoint Gary Stevenson to serve as .the Chairperson for the Mounds View Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for the year 2007. <br />Adopted this 12th day of February, 20 7. <br />Ro Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
