RESOLUTION 7017 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPLACEMENT OF AN INVESTIGATOR <br />POLICE CAR <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department planned and budgeted <br />for replacement of one Investigator car in 2007, and; <br />WHEREAS, the replacement cost of one investigator car to replace the <br />current 1997 Dodge Intrepid Investigator car was budgeted for 2007 at an <br />estimated cost of $19,000, plus equipment and set up, and; <br />WHEREAS, Car Truck City was awarded the state bid for the 2007 <br />Chevrolet Impala (non-police package) at a cost of $17,140 (including tax and <br />license.) <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City <br />of Mounds View authorizes the purchase of one 2007 Chevrolet Impala under the <br />state bid at a cost of $17,140.45, including tax, registration, and license fees. <br />Adopted this 12th day of February 2007. <br />Rob arty, Mayor \ <br />ATTEST: ~~~-?~, \ `- r <br />K rt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />• <br />
