• RESOLUTION 7021 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Mounds View Bowling, Inc., dba Mermaid Lanes <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid is transferring ownership to Mounds View <br />Bowling, Inc., dba Mermaid Lanes for an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License located at <br />2200 County Highway 10; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment located at <br />2200 County Highway 10 have been conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Mounds View Bowling, Inc., <br />with the condition that a satisfactory report from the Minnesota Department of Criminal <br />Apprehension and the utility bill is paid in full on the establishment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an On-sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Mounds View <br />Bowling, Inc., dba Mermaid Lanes, under the condition that a satisfactory report is <br />received from the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension and utility bill is paid <br />in full on the establishment. <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 2007. <br />Ro Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />7 - <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />• <br />
