Resolution 7029 <br />. Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the proposal satisfies all of the wetland alteration permit approval <br />criteria enumerated in Section 1010.08, Subdivisions 4 and 5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the Wetland Alteration Permit requested by Martin Harstad for removal of trees <br />from the Longview Estates parcel, contingent upon the following: <br />1. The permit shall apply ONLY to the removal of trees; no grading activity, alteration <br />or other development shall be allowed except by separate permit or amendment <br />hereto reviewed and approved by the Mounds View City Council. <br />2. No waste, construction or otherwise, shall be allowed to enter into the wetland or <br />any adjoining areas. <br />3. If deemed necessary by Rice Creek Watershed District, a silt fence or other <br />erosion control measure shall be installed. <br />4. The removal of trees shall not impede or otherwise restrict the natural flow of <br />surface water and stormwater runoff on the site. <br />5.
