RESOLUTION 7037 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A RESTAURANT AND BOWLING LICENSE TRANSFER FOR <br />MERMAID LANES LOCATED AT 2200 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has <br />applied fora Restaurant and Bowling License in order to transfer ownership from the <br />current owner; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has <br />submitted the proper paperwork and fees, and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Restaurant and Bowling License for Mermaid Lanes <br />located at 2200 County Highway 10 in Mounds View . <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from April 1, 2007-June 30, 2008. <br />Adopted thi 12th day of March, 2007 <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />~~-, ~. <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />• <br />
