RESOLUTION 7040 <br />• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LICNESE FROM <br />NATH MINNESOTA FRANCHISE GROUP, INC., TO DUKE & KING ACQUISTION <br />CORPORATION FOR THE BURGER KING RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 265'1 <br />COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, Duke & King Acquisition Corporation has applied for a <br />Restaurant License in order to transfer ownership from the current owner; and <br />WHEREAS, Duke & King Acquisition Corporation has submitted the <br />proper paperwork and fees, and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />• Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Duke & King Acquisition <br />Corporation for the Burger King located at 2651 County Road I in Mounds View. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from March 13, 2007-June 30, 2008. <br />Adopted this 2th day of March, 2007 <br />.~. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />
