RESOLUTION 7041 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />• COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />~1 <br />LJ <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A REPLACEMENT WHITE <br />SQUAD CAR <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department planned and budgeted for replacement of one <br />marked squad car in 2007, and; <br />WHEREAS, the replacement cost of one white squad car was budgeted in 2007 at an estimated <br />cost of $23,000, plus equipment and set up and; <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Ford was awarded the state bid for the 2007 White Ford Crown Victoria <br />Police Interceptor Package for 2007 at an approximate cost of $22,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Mounds View <br />authorizes the purchase of one 2007 White Ford Crown Victoria police vehicle under the state bid at an <br />approximate cost of $22,000, including tax, registration, and license fees. <br />Adopted this 12th day of March 2007. <br />Rob Marty, May r <br />r <br />ATTEST: ~~~~ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />• <br />
