RESOLUTION 8550 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING A RESTAURANT LICENSE FOR AREPA BITE LATIN FOOD, <br /> LOCATED AT 2213 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br /> certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, Arepa Bite Latin Food has applied for a Restaurant License; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Arepa Bite Latin Food has submitted the proper paperwork <br /> and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br /> by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Restaurant Business License would be contingent on a <br /> satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br /> Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Arepa Bite Latin Food <br /> contingent on a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will <br /> expire on June 30, 2016. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of April, 2016 <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> jbutAMI ),4/(itA-V.Y <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
