Resolution 6630 <br />Page 2 <br />• <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the development stage plans date-stamped September 9, 2005 for the Medtronic <br />CRM planned unit development subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The plans shall be revised to show areas set aside for snow storage. <br />2. Accessory storage structures, while none are shown on the plan, shall be allowed <br />consistent with provisions of Title 1000 and Title 1100 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. <br />3. The applicant shall request and obtain approval for all proposed work to occur in <br />the City of Blaine. <br />4. The applicant shall execute a PUD Narrative document outlining the specific <br />requirements associated with the project. <br />5.
