RESOLUTION NO. 8562 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ADOPTING A FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> FOR 2017 thru 2021 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City Council to <br /> have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing calendar year; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed this document; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council shall discuss and take public comment at a City Council <br /> Meeting and adopt by motion or resolution the five year financial plan, with or without <br /> amendment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council may subsequently amend the five year financial plan at <br /> their discretion upon proper public notice; and <br /> WHEREAS, the five year financial plan is a work-in-progress and a guide for Council <br /> and staff to make and plan for longer range decisions but does not bind or obligate future <br /> Councils. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br /> adopt the Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2017 thru 2021, as attached. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> / <br /> .e Flaherty, a'. <br /> ATTEST <br /> LLt-i4 74,t,acx,_ <br /> Ja es Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
