RESOLUTION 8570 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR EL LORO LOCATED AT 2535 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, El Loro's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of El Loro's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br /> License for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report <br /> from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check, and a <br /> satisfactory fire inspection report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for El Loro for the period of July 1, <br /> 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police <br /> Department, satisfactory criminal background check, and satisfactory fire inspection report. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> Art <br /> 1, <br /> Flahe y, V ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> EfraikijY\-' <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
