RESOLUTION 8572 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR BIG TOP LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2577 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, Big Top Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2016; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Big Top Liquor's Off-Sale Intoxicating <br /> Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory <br /> report from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check <br /> and satisfactory fire inspection report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top Liquor for the period of <br /> July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View <br /> Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check and satisfactory fire inspection <br /> report. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> •e Flahe . • <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 47tA11150 S9AAAS;)(----- <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
