RESOLUTION 8574 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I <br /> WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor <br /> License for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report <br /> from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check and <br /> satisfactory fire inspection report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July <br /> 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police <br /> Department, satisfactory criminal background check and satisfactory fire inspection report. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> (ie.- /-;i/j4.------- - <br /> oe Flaherfy-, 1dlayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ci A <br /> mes Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
